I just sent out some text message reminders about ordering!! This is such a big issue with my business. People come for their session, they see their pictures, love them, and take forever to order. I am going to make some of those deadline reminder cards and I am also in the workds of making a “What’s Next” card to hand them when we are finished with their portrait session. I needed some of these helpful hints, thanks!!

Thanks for this article! I just recently moved my ordering time from 4 weeks down to two. I found that the longer the client has to order, the less “in love” they are and therefore order less.
The card for order dates are a great idea. I might have to implement these, and give it to the client at their proofing session.
